Serving the entire Oklahoma City metro
Eviction rules are set by Oklahoma law, but every county files and hears cases in its own district court. We work in all eight metro counties, so your case gets filed in the right courthouse the first time — wherever your rental sits.

Outside the OKC metro? Get in touch anyway — if your property is somewhere we don't work, we'll say so and point you in the right direction.
Why the county matters
Filing venue
An eviction must be filed in the county where the property is located. File in the wrong one and you start over. We confirm venue before anything is filed.
Docket speed varies
Hearing dates come faster in some counties than others. We know the local dockets and set your expectations realistically from day one.
Local procedure
Each courthouse has its own habits — how summons service is handled, how writs are processed, how the sheriff schedules lockouts. We work with all of them regularly.
